Omega Delgado, AICP, is an accomplished urban planner with a strong commitment to fostering vibrant and balanced communities. She holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Planning and Design from the University of New Mexico. As a founding board member of Generation Elevate New Mexico (GENM), Omega contributes to advancing development projects and policies that enhance New Mexico’s growth.
At the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA), Omega managed a $5.3 million portfolio of leveraged public funds, launching programs like Storefront Activation and Route 66 Sign Improvement and overseeing significant redevelopment projects.
Omega began her career at Nob Hill Main Street, where she advanced from volunteer to Executive Director, leading initiatives like a $50,000 parking pilot program that improved district accessibility and economic vitality. Omega is well-equipped to assist in navigating complex planning processes, evaluating development initiatives, and achieving strategic goals for communities.
