China Osborn is Project Manager for the Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency. China is an urban planner with development and real estate management experience. Her passion has always been sustainable and affordable housing, urban infill projects, and neighborhood-scale planning and economic development. She has worked in the San Francisco Bay area, Texas, and New Mexico. Internationally, she spent 17 years working all across Mexico. China now works as a Redevelopment Project Manager for Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency and has been bringing a breadth of knowledge and planning experience to the position, contributing to making Albuquerque a vibrant and livable community.
