Ray Taylor is a recent transplant (2020) to Albuquerque and a former non-profit director. He enjoys weaving, hiking, biking and exploring the natural beauty of his new home. Ray is in his second term on the mayor’s advisory council to the DSA. He currently serves as vice president and is active on the Age-Friendly Committee. He is active with the Downtown ECHO, South Valley CPC, and Las Arañas Fiber Arts Guild. He is passionate about protecting our resources and the planet for future generations. Ray is treating retirement as a period of regeneration and renewal. He is active, engaged in the community and tech-savvy. Seniors provided with access to opportunities, like the Livable Albuquerque Fellowship, can be a great community asset, and Ray is excited to serve.
