Jazmin Moreno is the System Improvement Lead for Albuquerque's Built for Zero Initiative with the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness. Originally from Southeast Los Angeles, she brings a background in community organizing and cooperatives. Coming to New Mexico to earn a master’s in Public Administration and another in Community & Regional Planning, she focuses on racial equity and trauma-informed care to reshape homelessness services. Previously, Jazmin was the Systems Analyst at the Gateway Housing Navigation Center in Albuquerque’s Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness, where she began her work in this field.
