Andrew Estocin is a senior project manager and certified PMP with over 15 years of experience transforming public service delivery through technology and human-centered design. At the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, he manages enterprise-wide projects throughout the agency. Previously, he served as Deputy Director at the Albuquerque Housing Authority where he oversaw 953 public housing units and nearly 4,000 Housing Choice Vouchers. A Fordham University graduate, Andrew brings expertise in change management, risk analysis and strategic planning to complex social challenges. His work focuses on making public services more accessible and dignified for vulnerable populations.
