Adrian N. Carver is a seasoned community development professional skilled in public policy, organizational management, and community engagement. As President of the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association, Adrian led efforts to transfer neighborhood protections into the Integrated Development Ordinance. Recognized by Governor Susana Martinez for public service as an AmeriCorps Alumni and Albuquerque Business First as a top 40 Under Forty, Adrian has achieved bipartisan victories in expanding state human rights law in New Mexico. With a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a forthcoming Master's in Community Regional Planning, Adrian serves as the Executive Director of the Revitalize San Pedro Partnership and was appointed to the CABQ Environmental Planning Commission by Mayor Tim Keller in 2024.
